TapSnap is operated by Gome Software Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17181136). By accessing or using the TapSnap website (tapsnapgame.com) or the TapSnap mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Use of the Service

The TapSnap game and website are provided free of charge for personal use. You may not reverse-engineer the app, attempt to circumvent in-app ads through unauthorised means, or use the service in any way that could damage or impair it for other players.

Scores, rankings, and gameplay statistics are provided for entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of any calculated value.

Intellectual Property

The TapSnap name, logo, artwork, level design, code, and website content are owned by the TapSnap team. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works based on these assets without prior written permission.
